CHICKEN ALFREDO Creamy and Delicious!

Time: 20 minutes   Serves: 4


2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

3 tbsp. butter

1/4 c. chopped scallions

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 pt. heavy cream

2 tbsp. cornstarch

1/3 c. milk

1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

Salt & Pepper



Saute chicken, scallions and garlic in butter.  Pour in cream.  Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.  Combine cornstarch and milk, add to cream.  Mix and continue to cook and stir until thickened.  Remove from heat, add cheese, season to taste.  Serve over cooked pasta.

  1. I was stuck for a meal idea tonight and saw this recipie and thought I’m going to give this a try. Thankfully I had most of the ingredients in just needed to get some chicken. The recipe was easy to follow. Served 4 of us easily and still some left so great for my hubby to take to work for his lunch even my kids loved it. I also made a side of garlic bread to go with it. Definitely give it a try ladies, looking forward to more recipes Serena 🙂
