Simple, refreshing, tasty and a crowd pleaser!!


Simple Broccoli Cole Slaw

1pkg. Broccoli Coleslaw (in produce section)

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup slivered almonds

2-3 bunches of green onions, diced

2pkg. beef Raman noodles


Mix together and place over slaw:  1/2 cup (and kind-your favorite) oil, 1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute, 1/3 cup white vinegar.  Add seasonings from Raman noodle pkgs.  This can be done ahead, best when left overnight.

Next day:  Crush uncooked noodles and add to salad.  Mix well and enjoy.
