Easy like Sunday morning!!
Strawberries are in season grab some this Sunday.
3 tbsp. white sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 c milk
1 c all-purpose flour
optional – Sliced strawberries, confectionary sugar, whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place butter in an oven baking dish and heat in the oven until melted. In a blender or food processor, whip eggs, milk and sugar. Pour in flour and beat until well combined. Pour batter into hot pan. If you want to use any fruit, just put the slices on top of the batter already in the pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Dust with confectioners’ sugar or use whipped cream; serve warm.
